Seasonal part time role selling women's fragrances and cosmetics in a high-traffic Century City location. The advisor will deliver elevated client service, drive sales through product knowledge, and support merchandising and visual standards during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on women's fragrances and cosmetics to meet their needs
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store seasonal targets
• Provide product demonstrations and sampling to clients
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards
• Process transactions and handle point of sale accurately
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Assist with inventory replenishment and stock organization

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of fragrances and cosmetics or willingness to learn
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible part time seasonal schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
