Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience.
• Build and cultivate customer relationships, drive in-store and online sales, and use technology effectively.
• Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations and treatments, and current trend advice.
• Participate in merchandising and operational responsibilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience required, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
