Provide expert product knowledge and personalized beauty consultations to clients in a luxury cosmetics environment. Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide tailored product recommendations and demonstrations.
• Deliver one on one beauty consultations and application services.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through clienteling and follow up.
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays to brand standards.
• Process transactions and manage cash wrap or point of sale duties.
• Build and maintain client records and loyalty program engagement.
• Participate in inventory counts and receiving shipments.
• Support store events and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience.
• Strong product knowledge and makeup application skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays.
• Professional grooming and presentation consistent with brand image.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
