Job Description

Summary

As a Cosmetics Beauty Advisor at our Glendale location, you will provide exceptional customer service and beauty advice to our clients, helping them find the perfect products to meet their needs. You will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing the beauty experience for every customer.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a retail or beauty environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for beauty products and trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
