Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess skin concerns and recommend appropriate La Mer products and routines.
• Deliver product demonstrations, applications, and sampling to educate and engage customers.
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets while maintaining a high level of clienteling and follow-up.
• Maintain attractive counter merchandising, ensure product availability, and manage stock replenishment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail beauty or cosmetics experience preferred, ideally in luxury brands.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
