Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their beauty needs through consultations and product demonstrations
• Recommend and sell cosmetics skincare and beauty products based on client preferences
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure product displays are organized and stocked
• Process sales transactions and handle cash credit and returns accurately
• Build and maintain client relationships including follow up and appointment scheduling
• Stay current on product launches trends and brand promotions
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics beauty retail or related role
• Strong customer service and sales skills with a client focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
