Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, seamless, and engaging in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
• Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and current trend advice.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks while maintaining compelling product presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
