Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a luxury cosmetics environment at a high-traffic North Michigan location. Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess client needs and recommend products
• Demonstrate product application techniques and provide samples when available
• Drive sales through active client engagement and follow-up
• Maintain visual merchandising and product displays to brand standards
• Process transactions and handle point of sale responsibilities accurately
• Build and maintain client book and record client preferences
• Participate in inventory counts and restock merchandise
• Stay current on product launches and brand promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for cosmetics and ability to demonstrate application techniques
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional grooming and presentation consistent with brand standards
• Reliable attendance and ability to stand for extended periods
