Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, seamless, and enjoyable in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online customers using available technology.
• Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and trend advice.
• Support merchandising and operational requirements while maintaining compelling merchandise presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous selling experience required; cosmetics experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural materials.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical tasks including reaching and crouching, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
