Summary

The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides personalized skincare and makeup consultations for Shiseido customers on the sales floor. This part-time role focuses on driving product sales through expert recommendations, application demonstrations, and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one beauty consultations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and conversion targets through proactive customer engagement.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and participate in brand trainings.
• Merchandise and replenish product displays, manage inventory, and maintain a clean counter.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail cosmetics or beauty advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Availability to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform product application demonstrations.
