Part time Cosmetics Beauty Advisor role based in Norwalk to provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations for clients, promote Cle De Peau products, and drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one on one consultations to assess client skincare and makeup needs
• Recommend and demonstrate Cle De Peau products and application techniques
• Achieve individual sales targets and support store merchandising
• Maintain product displays and ensure inventory accuracy
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow up and service
• Process sales transactions and handle returns according to store policy
• Participate in product training and brand events

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or beauty advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of skincare and makeup products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible part time hours including weekends
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Ability to meet sales goals and work as part of a team
