Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one beauty consultations and product recommendations
• Demonstrate makeup application techniques and skincare routines
• Drive sales and meet individual performance targets
• Develop and maintain client relationships and follow up on appointments
• Assist with product merchandising and visual presentation
• Process transactions and manage point of sale duties
• Maintain product knowledge of new launches and promotions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail cosmetics or beauty advisor experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide personalized consultations and demonstrations
• Retail point of sale and cash handling experience
• Flexible availability to work part time retail hours including weekends
