Responsibilities

• Provide one on one beauty consultations and product demonstrations
• Recommend and sell cosmetics and fragrance products to meet client needs
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on appointments
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Process transactions and handle point of sale accurately
• Stay informed on product knowledge and new launches
• Ensure a clean and welcoming sales floor environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cosmetics retail or beauty advisory
• Proven sales experience with luxury or prestige beauty brands preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Customer service focused with ability to build rapport
• Basic cash handling and POS experience
