Provide personalized beauty consultation and product recommendations to luxury fragrance and cosmetics clients at a high-end retail location. Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales through product expertise, and maintain a polished brand presence on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their beauty needs to recommend products and services.
• Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on fragrance and cosmetics benefits.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.
• Maintain presentation of merchandise and ensure visual standards are met.
• Process transactions and manage point of sale activities accurately.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Prior retail or beauty advisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance products or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand.
