Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations for a luxury fragrance and cosmetics clientele at a high-traffic mall location. Deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and maintain brand presentation standards. This is a temporary role supporting store operations during peak demand.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct beauty consultations to recommend fragrances and skincare products
• Demonstrate product application and sampling techniques
• Drive sales through personalized recommendations and suggestive selling
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation to brand standards
• Process transactions and handle cash wrap duties accurately
• Restock inventory and assist with receiving shipments
• Support promotional events and sampling initiatives in store
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat purchases

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisor experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of fragrance and skincare products preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks
