• Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance and cosmetics recommendations
• Demonstrate product usage and share features and benefits
• Maintain sales floor presentation and merchandise displays
• Process transactions and handle point of sale operations
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals during seasonal period
• Assist with inventory replenishment and stockroom organization
• Participate in promotional events and product launches

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of fragrance and cosmetics or willingness to learn
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including weekends
• Professional appearance and ability to maintain merchandising standards
