Summary

Part time Cosmetics Beauty Advisor role based at the Roosevelt Field location providing personalized skincare and product expertise to clients. The advisor will deliver high touch consultations to drive sales and cultivate lasting customer relationships while representing the brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one to one skincare consultations and product recommendations
• Demonstrate product application techniques and offer samples when appropriate
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and performance metrics
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual standards on the sales floor
• Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records at the point of sale
• Participate in store events and promotional activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advisor experience
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and application techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer focused with a proven ability to drive sales
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
