Responsibilities

• Conduct one on one beauty consultations and makeup applications for clients
• Recommend and sell skincare and cosmetic products tailored to client needs
• Maintain knowledge of current product launches and brand promotions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
• Build and nurture a client book through follow up and appointment management
• Ensure visual merchandising and product displays are maintained to brand standards
• Process transactions and handle cash and payment systems accurately

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics sales
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for beauty products and makeup application skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and commitment to brand presentation
