Provide personalized skincare and cosmetics consultations to clients at a Soho retail location. Drive product sales through expert product knowledge and exceptional client service while maintaining the boutique environment and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one on one beauty and skincare consultations to clients.
• Recommend and demonstrate products based on client needs.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on recommendations.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandising standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and maintain cleanliness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics consultation.
• Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare and cosmetics.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
• Professional presentation and customer service orientation.
• Basic merchandising and inventory handling skills.
