Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a high-end retail environment in Soho. Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations and makeup demonstrations for clients
• Recommend products based on client needs and preferences
• Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion targets
• Assist with merchandising and maintaining visual presentation
• Process transactions and handle product samples
• Support inventory counts and receive shipments
• Participate in brand trainings and promotional events

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of beauty or retail sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for cosmetics and knowledge of beauty trends
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and customer focused attitude
