Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess skin concerns and beauty needs
• Recommend and demonstrate cosmetics and skincare products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through product knowledge and service
• Build and maintain client relationships and loyalty
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Process transactions and manage stock on the sales floor

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
