Provide expert beauty and fragrance advice to clients at a high-end retail location, driving sales through personalized consultations and product knowledge. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct personalized beauty and fragrance consultations.
• Recommend products based on client needs and preferences to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and offer samples when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and ensure product displays are well stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and handle client information with discretion.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships and follow up on leads.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty advising experience.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics and fragrances and product application skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a luxury retail environment.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
