Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and product expertise for Hermès cosmetics at the Bloomingdale's counter in South Coast Plaza. Deliver personalized consultations, makeup demonstrations, and product recommendations that drive sales and build long-term client relationships. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hermès beauty lines and ensure brand presentation and visual merchandising standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one consultations, makeup demonstrations, and product recommendations to customers
• Achieve individual and counter sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up
• Build and maintain client relationships, capturing contact information and scheduling appointments
• Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation, and inventory on the counter
• Process sales transactions accurately and assist with returns per store policy
• Participate in brand training, promotions, and in-store events

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail cosmetics or luxury beauty experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills with a focus on clienteling
• Proficiency in makeup application and product knowledge of skincare and color cosmetics
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
