Responsibilities

• Provide expert skincare and makeup consultations to clients
• Demonstrate and apply cosmetics and beauty products
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on appointments
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics and skincare products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands on demonstrations
