Provide personalized beauty consultations and sell cosmetics within a luxury retail environment at Stanford Shopping Center. Deliver exceptional client service, maintain product knowledge, and support store sales goals while representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Offer one on one makeup consultations and product recommendations to clients
• Demonstrate product application techniques and provide product education
• Drive sales through personalized service and clienteling
• Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards
• Manage product inventory and restock displays as needed
• Process sales transactions and handle point of sale accurately
• Participate in promotional events and in store demonstrations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty retail or cosmetics consultation
• Strong retail sales and client service skills
• Knowledge of luxury beauty products and makeup application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury brand
