Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients at the Stanford Shopping Center location. Represent luxury cosmetics brand standards through exceptional service and product knowledge. Drive sales through clienteling and maintaining visual presentation of merchandise on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct one on one beauty consultations.
• Recommend products and application techniques to meet client needs.
• Demonstrate product usage and provide samples when appropriate.
• Maintain sales floor merchandising and presentation standards.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow up and clienteling activities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and performance targets.
• Process sales transactions and handle returns according to policy.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and brand launches.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Comfortable with product demonstrations and makeup application.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury brand.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
