Responsibilities

• Provide personalized skincare consultations and product recommendations to clients
• Demonstrate product application techniques and offer samples
• Meet and exceed individual sales and conversion targets
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on appointments
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stocked inventory
• Process transactions and handle point of sale accurately
• Participate in training to stay current on product knowledge
• Ensure a clean and professional counter presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in beauty retail or cosmetics consultation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated sales ability and customer service focus
• Knowledge of skincare products and application techniques
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light stock tasks
