Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a luxury cosmetics environment at a mall location. Deliver exceptional customer service, support sales goals, and maintain an inviting product presentation to enhance the in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and conduct skin and color consultations to recommend products.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and provide makeup touch ups.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.
• Manage product merchandising and maintain tidy, fully stocked displays.
• Process transactions and operate point of sale systems accurately.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on client needs.
• Stay current on new product launches and brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty consulting experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cosmetics products and application techniques.
• Ability to work part time hours including weekends and holidays.
• Professional grooming and presentation consistent with a luxury brand.
