Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct skincare and makeup consultations
• Recommend products based on client needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product application techniques and provide samples
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain customer relationships and clientele
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or card payments
• Maintain clean organized counter and replenish stock
• Participate in merchandising and promotional events

Requirements

• Prior retail or beauty advisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of skincare and makeup products or willingness to learn
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Basic numeracy and point of sale operation skills
