Provide expert product knowledge and personalized beauty consultations to customers at a high end cosmetics boutique within a mall setting. Deliver exceptional client service, promote product trial and sales, and support store presentation and merchandising standards while representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations
• Recommend products based on skin type tone and client needs to drive sales
• Perform makeup applications and sampling to showcase product benefits
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish product displays
• Process transactions accurately using point of sale systems
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads
• Participate in store events and promotional activities

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail cosmetics or beauty advisor experience
• Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare and makeup
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional grooming and presentation
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience
