Summary

Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients in a department store environment. Deliver exceptional client service, drive sales through product knowledge and makeup expertise, and maintain brand presentation standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct one on one beauty consultations.
• Recommend products and makeup applications based on client needs.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features and application techniques.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation of the beauty counter.
• Process transactions and handle point of sale duties.
• Build and maintain client relationships and follow up on leads.

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty advisor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics and makeup application techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends.
• Professional grooming and adherence to brand presentation standards.
