Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct one on one beauty consultations
• Recommend and demonstrate products based on customer needs
• Meet or exceed individual sales and service targets
• Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with inventory replenishment and stock organization
• Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
• Build and maintain clienteling records and follow up with customers

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or beauty consulting experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for cosmetics and knowledge of beauty products
• Ability to work part time hours including evenings and weekends
