Responsibilities

• Engage customers with professional fragrance consultations and product demonstrations
• Assess client preferences and recommend appropriate women's fragrance products
• Maintain product knowledge of fragrance lines and promotions
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store targets
• Prepare and process transactions at the point of sale
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
• Assist with inventory management and restocking

Requirements

• Experience in beauty or fragrance sales or related retail role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends
• Basic cash handling and point of sale experience
• Professional grooming and presentation
