Summary
Responsible for driving the business of a specific beauty brand by focusing on client development, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Works under the Client Development Manager to create seasonal sales strategies and lead brand activities on the beauty floor.
Responsibilities
- Drive brand sales and achieve vendor sales plans through product knowledge and team development
- Attend business manager calls and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
- Create a customer centric mindset to support cross sell by all Beauty Advisors
- Participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
- Achieve appointment goals and sales plans for corporately negotiated events
- Serve as brand expert and lead Beauty Advisors in targeted outreach and selling ceremonies
- Plan and execute at counter events with vendor to drive loyalty and acquisition
- Utilize SFA clienteling system to build sales volume and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience preferably in a client driven sales environment
- Leadership experience developing direct reports
- Ability to perform product consultations and applications
- Tech savvy with familiarity using clienteling systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Results oriented with attention to detail
- Ability to set goals and engage in strategic planning
