The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and develops a productive team of Beauty Advisors, delivering excellent service and driving sales across in-store and online channels. Responsibilities

• Create a seamless, welcoming, and enjoyable in-store customer experience.
• Build and cultivate customer relationships while driving sales with in-store and online clients.
• Lead and supervise Beauty Advisors, supporting strong service, product knowledge, and productivity.
• Participate in merchandising and operational activities, and maintain compelling product presentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
