The Cosmetics Counter Manager leads and supervises a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver excellent service and sell products in-store and online. The role focuses on building client relationships, sharing product knowledge, maintaining an engaging sales floor, and presenting merchandise compellingly.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless, enjoyable in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients using technology.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks.
• Lead and motivate Beauty Advisors to provide welcoming, knowledgeable service and maintain productivity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and point-of-sale equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
