• Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock replenishment

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of retail or beauty management experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of luxury beauty products and merchandising
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
