Summary

Support daily operations of the cosmetics department at the store, ensuring merchandise is stocked, displays are maintained, and the sales floor is organized. Provide friendly customer assistance and help execute visual merchandising and promotional initiatives. Work closely with beauty specialists and management to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize cosmetics inventory and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Maintain and reset product displays and promotional signage to brand standards.
• Assist customers with product location and basic product information, referring to specialists for consultations.
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising accuracy, and proper stock levels in the beauty area.
• Support point-of-sale operations and follow inventory control and loss prevention procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or cosmetics operations experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
