Summary
The Cost Manager, Procurement leads strategic sourcing and cost optimization across indirect procurement categories for Richemont Americas. The role focuses on luxury retail construction and partners with Maisons, business functions, and global procurement teams to achieve savings, improve supplier performance, and support responsible sourcing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead sourcing strategies, vendor selection, RFx events, bid analysis, negotiations, and contract management.
- Analyze spend, markets, and suppliers to identify cost savings, process improvements, and innovation opportunities.
- Manage supplier performance, construction supplier data, and cost benchmarks; drive remediation and total cost of ownership reductions.
- Prepare analysis and reporting, present recommendations to leadership, and train stakeholders on procurement practices.
- Optimize procurement processes and support responsible sourcing and supplier compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of progressive strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
- Experience leading complex RFx processes, negotiations, and contract management, preferably in construction or real estate development.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Luxury retail construction, quantity surveying, procurement certifications, e-procurement platforms, or ERP experience are preferred.
