Counter Manager

Summary

The Counter Manager develops sales opportunities and helps manage CHANEL Beauty and Fragrance operations at the designated store. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, building client loyalty, and supporting the counter team.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and promotion of limited-edition products.
• Provide personalized consultations and superior customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Motivate, train, and develop sales analysts, setting and following up on individual sales goals.
• Coordinate store events and promotions with the territory manager and store team.
• Maintain CHANEL hygiene, merchandising, and visual presentation standards.
• Manage Beauty and Fragrance inventory, including stock rotation and product availability.
• Support counter scheduling and communicate sales objectives with store associates and managers.
