The Counter Manager represents the brand in-store and delivers a personalized client experience. This permanent, full-time role is based at Shoppers Drug Mart in Kanata Signature Centre and focuses on sales growth, client service, and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales while providing superior client service and responding to customer needs.
• Offer consultations and exceptional care to customers.
• Achieve annual sales goals for the Fragrance and Beauty account.
• Grow the customer base and build lasting client relationships.
• Develop strong in-store business relationships through effective communication.
