Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in reward programs
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through provided trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
- Ability to connect with customers, proactively handle concerns, and build loyalty
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales targets and interest in networking and using technology for selling
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
