Job Description

Summary

The Creative Production Manager at House of Dior will oversee the development and execution of a strategic roadmap and calendar of deliverables for all creative initiatives across the House of Dior on 57th Street in New York and Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles. This role involves translating design concepts into compelling window displays and driving cross-functional priorities and initiatives. The manager will work closely with global and local creative teams to ensure seamless collaboration and foster a culture of teamwork, inclusivity, and creativity.

Responsibilities
  • Lead communication with regional Visual Merchandising production teams to coordinate window displays.
  • Manage vendor relationships for window display development and production.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director and procurement team to establish and monitor budgets for 3D windows.
  • Coordinate with global logistics teams for timely delivery and installation of window displays.
  • Partner with the Senior Director and global creative team to execute window installations.
  • Oversee on-site installation team, ensuring quality control during installation and fabrication processes.
  • Provide support for special store events or window displays.
  • Act as the primary point of contact on-site for window installation.
  • Create milestones to ensure projects are on track and go live on target dates.
  • Collaborate on communication strategy for team calendars with internal teams and brand stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality checks on all 3D drawings and digital assets.
  • Identify, assess, and communicate creative blind spots and bottlenecks.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to ensure initiatives are acknowledged.
  • Maintain strong communication with VM team during all phases of a rollout.
  • Oversee all installations and plan installation schedule.
  • Foster teamwork and an “all hands on deck” mentality.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical project management experience.
  • Proficiency in reading floor plans and CAD drawings.
  • Strong ability to interface with corporate partners and external vendors.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable with multitasking.
  • Strong initiative, ownership, and accountability for business.
  • Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience in managing vendors and installation teams.
  • Knowledge of SketchUp or Rhino.
