Job Description

Summary

The Creative Project & Production Manager will oversee execution of creative projects, assets, and productions, ensuring briefs, timelines, and brand standards are met. This role manages project workflows and tools, drives process improvements, and partners cross-functionally to deliver high-quality creative across channels while supporting photoshoot production.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee creative projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring timelines, resources, and objectives are met.
  • Facilitate the briefing process across Monday.com, ensuring copywriters and designers receive clear, actionable briefs with necessary context and assets.
  • Maintain project boards and timelines, tracking milestones, deadlines, and approvals to keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Support the Art Director with photoshoot production, including vendor sourcing, budget management, and on-set production assistance.
  • Oversee third-party vendor sourcing and relationship management to ensure print timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and clear communication between departments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management within startup or agency settings.
  • Must be local to the New Orleans area and willing to work out of the New Orleans HQ five days per week.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows, production processes, and project management best practices.
  • Experience using Monday.com and maintaining project boards and timelines.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of photo and video shoot production, vendor sourcing, and budget management, with the ability to pivot quickly in fast-paced environments.
