Creative Services Project Manager

As a Creative Services Project Manager at Louis Vuitton, you will oversee logistics, production, and on-site execution for all creative services designs within Louis Vuitton Americas. You will ensure cost savings without compromising quality by bidding out projects to multiple suppliers across countries. This role requires extensive travel to oversee installations and manage vendors on site, ensuring the vision provided by the Director of Creative Services is executed properly.

• Manage on-site production including load-ins and build-outs.
• Develop and manage a multi-tiered budget based on Creative Services Design.
• Negotiate and bid out assets and elements needed for designs.
• Provide alternatives for proposed materials for projects.
• Ensure proper lighting design and execution for each production.
• Ensure compliance with local and building codes for every buildout.
• Prepare detailed production timelines and vendor lists.
• Coordinate shipping, freight, and customs clearance.
• Assist in event preparation and execution.
• Track and report production success in coordination with Client Relations Team.
• Partner with VM, Merch, and Client Relations team to manage budgets.
• Work with designers to ensure proper materials usage in renderings.

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale event production.
• Willingness to travel over 50% and flexible availability.
• Proficiency in building codes and space management.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Background in design and materials management.
• Proficiency in lighting design and strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication abilities at all business levels.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing multiple projects.
• Ability to make independent decisions under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of SKP and RHINO preferred.
• Spanish language proficiency required.
