Summary
Lead the CRM and email automation function to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue using Braze and other marketing platforms. Manage a team and collaborate cross-functionally to implement lifecycle strategies, personalization, and analytics in a hybrid office environment at the central office in Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to maximize engagement and lifetime value.
- Lead end-to-end email marketing strategy focusing on personalization and revenue generation.
- Activate advanced segmentation and real-time personalization using Braze.
- Own email and SMS program setup, compliance, testing, and optimization.
- Set KPIs for deliverability, engagement, conversion, and revenue and measure performance.
- Build and manage customer lifecycle journeys and automated campaigns.
- Manage platform budgets, vendor relationships, and contract efficiencies.
- Coach and mentor team members and foster a test and learn culture.
- Partner with analytics, ecommerce, loyalty, creative, and technology teams.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM.
- Experience leading strategy, teams, and email projects.
- Proficiency with Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS for email creation is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office including Excel pivot tables.
