Job Description

Summary

Join our dynamic and engaging internship program this summer as a Culture and Education Intern. Immerse yourself in the operations and projects of a high-end luxury retail brand in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, and accessories industry. You will assist your dedicated team in executing brand strategies and participate in initiatives to support sales, culture, analytics, and service development.

Responsibilities
  • Support Manager in coordinating the AMNH Patrimony Exhibition.
  • Monitor competition's initiatives in the Culture & Arts field.
  • Provide analysis and administrative support for VCA's cultural footprint in The Americas.
  • Research the educational and higher learning landscape.
  • Update Partnership Encyclopedia and manage client/staff visits to exhibitions.
  • Create Lunch & Learn formats with partners and morning briefs for boutiques.
  • Oversee operations and logistics for L’Ecole: School of Jewelry Arts program.
  • Manage inventory of L’Ecole materials and prepare presentations.
  • Support cultural projects and organize cultural outings for VCA staff.
  • Update the Arts & Culture intranet as needed.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be age 18 or older and available for the entire internship program.
