Summary
Curating Associate responsible for executing visual merchandising and gallery presentation to elevate the client experience and drive sales. Works with Gallery Leadership, Curators and corporate partners to maintain visual integrity, inventory accuracy and communicate the brand design ethos. Role requires a polished appearance, refined taste and strong collaboration to support gallery operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate merchandise floor sets while upholding gallery visual standards
- Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets signage graphics and maintenance
- Read and audit planograms and visual maps and provide creative point of view
- Work with leadership and corporate partners to execute creative vision and elevate client experience
- Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and audit inventory systems
- Drive team engagement empowerment accountability and sales results
- Learn and communicate product assortment product care and RH design ethos
- Perform gallery recovery cleanliness and general maintenance tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field
- Strong technical ability to use inventory platforms and request replacements
- Strategic highly organized and results oriented with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and solve problems with cross functional partners
- Experience creating positive healthy work environments and embracing change
- Proficiency with Mac OS IOS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and perform prolonged standing bending and climbing
