Job Description

Summary

Curating Associate responsible for supporting gallery visual merchandising and executing creative vision to elevate client experience and drive sales. Role requires refined taste, polished appearance, strong collaboration with gallery leadership, curators and corporate partners, and commitment to maintaining visual integrity and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand through polished communication and professional presentation
  • Execute merchandise floor sets and uphold gallery visual standards
  • Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets, signage, and maintenance
  • Coordinate with leadership and curators to implement creative vision
  • Drive team engagement, accountability and sales results
  • Read and audit planograms and visual maps
  • Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and tracking replacements
  • Communicate product assortment, care and the company design ethos

Requirements

  • 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Strong organization, strategic thinking and results orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems creatively
  • Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs and perform physical gallery tasks
