Summary
Curating Associate responsible for executing visual merchandising and creative vision in a luxury gallery setting. The role supports gallery leadership and curators to elevate the client experience, maintain merchandise presentation, and drive sales while embodying the brand's refined aesthetic.
Responsibilities
- Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
- Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets and maintain visual integrity of the gallery
- Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets, signage, maintenance, and visual standards
- Work with leadership, curators, and corporate partners to execute creative vision
- Read and audit planograms and visual maps and offer creative input
- Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and track replacements
- Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability
Requirements
- 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field
- Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization, strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems creatively
- Experience creating positive work environments and embracing change
- Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
