Job Description

Summary

Curating Associate responsible for executing visual merchandising and creative vision in a luxury gallery setting. The role supports gallery leadership and curators to elevate the client experience, maintain merchandise presentation, and drive sales while embodying the brand's refined aesthetic.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
  • Coordinate and execute merchandise floor sets and maintain visual integrity of the gallery
  • Train and mentor gallery team on floor sets, signage, maintenance, and visual standards
  • Work with leadership, curators, and corporate partners to execute creative vision
  • Read and audit planograms and visual maps and offer creative input
  • Assist in maintaining inventory integrity and track replacements
  • Drive results through team engagement, empowerment and accountability

Requirements

  • 2+ years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or related field
  • Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, strategic thinking and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and solve problems creatively
  • Experience creating positive work environments and embracing change
  • Ability to lift items up to 30 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
